If you wish to opt-out from our monthly website maintenance fee and go it alone, our website package prices do increase. If you prefer to maintain your website yourself, please let us know and we will let you know the final cost during our Zoom consultation. All package features will still be included.

1. Book a Call

To get started, just book a free discovery call with us. After filling in the form with your contact information and availability we will arrange for a full consultation via Zoom.

2. The Consultation

During your consultation, we will find out more about you and your project. We’ll then match you to one of our packages or put together a tailored brief and an estimated cost for a custom project. Once you’re ready to go ahead we’ll send over a Web Services Agreement.

3. Development

We’ll take your responses and requirements and begin to build your website. During the process, we will keep in touch regularly to show you the progress that’s been made and allow you to make any adjustments.

4. Test & Launch

Once your website has been created and you are happy, we’ll test everything to make sure it’s functioning properly. After testing has been completed your site will be ready to be launched.

How do I contact you for support or changes needed?

Your first point of contact for anything non-technical would be your dedicated account manager. To submit requests to our design team, you can submit a ticket through our dedicated client portal.

Can you add more pages to my website?

Yes! If you need an extra page added to your website after it has gone live, we can definitely help. We’re able to build as many pages as you need. As this is an add-on, we would charge a one-time fee of £15 per extra page needed. Once it’s live, we will automatically maintain that page as part of your 2-hour monthly allowance.

What amendments can I request?

You get 2 hours of work each month with our monthly maintenance service. There are a variety of simple updates you’re able to request. For anything more technical or advanced we would encourage you to look at our dedicated website support plans. Here’s some examples of the types of requests we get:

Request text changes to any existing web page
Request that your fonts be changed to a different style
Request change of contact details
Request Changes to font styles
Request changes to any colours used on your website
Request for additional images and videos or change existing ones

How do I update my website?

If you choose a website package and opt-out of our website maintenance and hosting, you can make changes yourself. We build our websites using WordPress, and administrator details will be sent to you once your site has gone live..

If you have subscribed to our monthly website maintenance service, you won’t need to do anything except submit a ticket and request any changes you would like. We aim to complete requests as quickly as possible in no more than 48 hours. Now you can relax knowing your website is fast, secure and maintained 24/7.

Can my website get me to #1 in Google?

Potentially yes. Getting a professional SEO optimised website built by AmeenDigital would be a great start in ranking in the search engines. It’s important to note that so many factors determine where you rank in search engines. No one can guarantee you that coveted top spot. If anyone tells you that they can, they should be avoided at all costs. The good news is there are a few simple things that you can do which will improve your ranking:

Always ensure your website is regularly updated with new content. A great way to do this is to set up a blog and share your expertise
Ensure that you add internal linking throughout your website so search engines can find your content more easily
Develop a portfolio of links that point back to your website from the other websites. These are more commonly known as ‘backlinks’.

How long will it take to build my website?

Our aim is to always build client websites as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. On purchasing a website package, we’ll ask you to fill in a short questionnaire to receive all relevant information from you. A 1-pager website takes up to 10 days. However, our 5 and 10-page website packages take up to a maximum of 4 weeks. The 10 days or 4 weeks would start when we have received all the information we need from you to complete your website.

Who creates the written content for my website?

We’ll write your website’s content for you as long as it’s not specialist or technical in nature. We’ll send you a short questionnaire about you or your business and how you would like the content to be written, and in what style. Once we have this information, we’ll then get to work. Once we have the first draft, we’ll send the content to you to review and approve. If you would like any changes, you can let us know, and we’ll make the necessary changes for you.

If you already have content ready, great! All content you provide to us is always proofread for spelling and grammar before it goes live on your website. If your content is a little short on word count, we’ll work with you to get it to the required amount.

Can I use my own images?

Absolutely! We ask that your images, photos, or illustrations be provided in the highest resolution possible. Please send us the source files in PSD or AI formats for logos. If you don’t have any images, we can help you pick pictures from our vast library, which are free for commercial use and provided free of charge, as it’s all included in the price for your website.

What if I need a bigger website package?

We provide a range of packages to suit all business types and budgets. We also provide add-ons that can increase the overall impact of your website. You can discuss any requirements with your dedicated account manager at any time, and they’ll provide a quote for any additional services you need.

What happens if I need more than 2 hours of maintenance on my website?

That’s no problem. If you know you will need more than 2 hours every month, you can take out one of our website maintenance packages which provide unlimited tasks per month. Alternatively, if the extra hours are a short term need, speak to your dedicated account manager, and they’ll be happy to provide a quote for any additional hours needed.
