Our design team will take care of everything for you, from the first draft to the finalised version. All you need to do is let the team know the details of the required revisions, and we’ll take care of it.

At the very minimum, please include these details every time for the best results:

Image Size
Image Orientation, i.e. Landscape or portrait
Format: i.e. is your request for print or digital?
Preferred colours
Inspiration designs
Any text copy required

The general rule of thumb is that fewer revisions will be needed the more descriptive you are.

We can’t make promises, but please indicate this when submitting your design details if a request is time-sensitive. We’ll do our best to prioritise it in our queues and advise you of the delivery time.

We scour the internet for the best fonts, photos, icons, and elements options. We use many great free resources, and we access some premium sources, too, like Adobe. Whatever the source, we ensure that each font, photo, icon or element grants the appropriate license for you to use them, as part of your design, as the end-user.

We deliver custom designs created from scratch or designs that combine custom design and customised stock elements. The format really depends on what will provide the best output for your request. When we use any stock elements, we will always ensure that they are licensed correctly to use them as the end-user (i.e. not for resale). Whenever you require designs that are for resale, we’ll deliver completely custom designs. Please let our Project Managers know how your designs will be used when making your requests!

Not necessarily. Our design team are real people who have workloads, vacations and sick days, so you could have a different designer at times. However, we will always do our best to match you to the same designer who has worked on your previous requests if you have requested them.
